The Visual arts have been my passionate method of communication since the age of 4 years. Today, as a senior, African American Female artist, my artistic expression finds a variety of media and techniques from traditional painting to collage, mixed media and fiber arts. All of these means of expression have been a part of my life all of my life. Inspiration comes from images, dreams, words, experiences as well as daily events. My art is my expression as part of the oral tradition as a storyteller.
