March,2023My everyday surroundings become my inspiration. People and things in it capture my attention, and I focus on feelings and emotions they bring. Through exploring portraits, still life, and landscape oil painting, unseen yet felt emotions are communicated with colors and brush strokes. The action of making art is to record the life around me. When I first started out, I found I was interested in portrait art most of all. I believe portraits capture people's emotions and feelings. I feel everyone is unique, and I am able to show their individualism through their facial features.
