Beauty is often found in color, but with charcoal beauty can be found in the small gritty details in various compositions. Working with various mediums as a multi-media artist, charcoal has by far been the one that draws me in the most. I strive to create a wide range of values and textures to pull my viewers to look throughout the whole piece in a sense of wonder.
